Real Estate and Buying Above Ground Pool

We just acquired our new home real estate property last year in Crystal Aire Subdivision in Cavite and we all are enjoying our life there with lots of fresh air all day 24-7. Aside from that, the place is really secure with a 24-7 security in the whole of the subdivision which makes it a semi-private type of housing projects.

Aside from that, this weekend, we are looking to buy our new above ground pool so the kids can enjoy the water anytime they want. We have 2 kids and it would do us best to serve what they enjoy if we have one.

I prefer the above-ground pool because I tried to research about it a week ago and I found that they are perfectly safe for kids because they can't reach it just like that. They will first have to climb up there before they can jump in the water. Looking forward to have that type of swimming pool soon this weekend.

Boracay Restaurant Stall for Sale

A small restaurant stall in Boracay Beach is for sale right now. It is the rights to the stall which is actually for sale including all other stuff inside the restaurant. The owners are my very own cousins who live near the island in Aklan.

They just decided to sell the property after a few years of handling the business because there is no one to take care of it anymore as her husband is already the local town Mayor in our province in Buruanga Aklan where she also stay at. The couple is too busy to handle the restaurant business so both decided to sell the place rights.

Anyway, if any of you would be interested to see or know more details about the property rights being sold you can contact me using the contact form above this blog. On the other hand, specific description of the restaurant for sale is a 2-floor building. Upstairs is where you can find a 2-bedroom sleeping room with its own cabinet and a sala where anybody can mingle and drink or watch cable television which is readily available in the room.

Below is where the restaurant is located where customers buy their own fresh vegies or seafood from D' Talipapa wet and dry market which is just about 15 - 20 meters away from the resto itself. For more information, please use my contact form above.
