They were probably vacated by their respective owners and is now aging  including the paint which to me is getting a little bit messy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The subdivision was Crystal Air in Cavite near Trece Martirez. Anyway, contrary to what I see, I know that the place offers a lot of opportunities for those are looking to buy lots or house and lot combined. The reason why owners could be leaving the place is because they really don't intent to stay in the Metro and most of them live in the provinces where they also have houses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also learned that houses were vacated mostly be owners who work abroad and due to lack of time the handle the maintenance, they decide to leave the property even if they were already paid in full or halfway with houses already up and ready for occupancy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For me it'sa wast because I really like the place, the subdivision of Crystal Air not just because of the fresh air but also because the place is fast becoming a developed site as well as the school hospital and commercial center as well as the market is also near. If I'll have the money by next year I am planning to buy myself a house and lot there too so my family can live there for good. Both were Cebu-based real estate boards and the classes were held every Saturday only for 4 weeks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This 2009, I am not sure if there will be offers from the same boards regarding review classes for those who are interested to take real estate broker's examination. For those who are interested to get a license, DTI is sponsoring the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Real Estate Brokers&lt;/span&gt; (REB) Examination, Last 2007, it was held May 27 at the Cebu Normal University in Cebu City. Last year, it was held May 25, 2008 where about 462 out of 1, 105 exminees made it and passed the said prestigious real estate brokers licensure exams.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The result was compelling even if there is less than 50% who passed the examination. The places where the test was targeted for real estate brokers were as follows - Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Baguio, Davao, Cebu, Lucena, Tuguegarao, Legazpi, IloIloand Zamboanga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The board of examiners and&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt; members of the board for this Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam are (REB) Emmanuel H. Bocaling, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;(REB) Manolito G. Nebre and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;(REB) Atty. Ernesto V. Villagarcia respectively.&lt;/span&gt; On the other hand, it is advised that &lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;examinees who passed should come over to personally register and secure their license from the (DTI) &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Department of Trade and Industry&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Oath Taking That will most likely include businesses who are looking for &lt;a href="http://www.clipclip.org/activity/view/7979/promotional-items-corporate-gifts-srednarb"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;promotional items&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; to give away this holiday seasons like in the real estate arena and business. This is because I am planning a visit at Taytay since the Plaridel, Quezon tour didn't materialize last holy week. My wife and daughter doesn't know anything about the plan but I am looking forward to inform them about it when the money comes on hand.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a &lt;a href="http://sam2007realestateagent.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;real estate agent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; (half that is) I would love to be able to close deals in selling properties but so far, I cannot go full time with it and this hinders my want to be able to at least close out a deal for selling real estate properties and see what this is all about. I had no idea yet about anything like closing deals at selling properties but I have an initial knowledge at how to do it right because this is something that I learned back in Alabang where I used to work at the amusement and took a short course/seminar on selling real estate properties.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am looking forward to see how things will go for us this year and see if I can buy us a new house and lot to stay and relax. This is my dream and there is no one who can stand in my way to achieve it. The house is courtesy of a friend at work in the amusement and this is going to be total fun as we enter the March 20 due date for the patakan ng pamadyak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are together in this trip, me and my colleagues at the amusement from the technical department and this is really exciting as it is a surefire fun for all of us when we get there. I will be bringing with me a family size tent for the tropa good for four or five of us so we can stay beside the beach for a night of happy spree gathering and ihaw-ihaw.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Best of all for me as a real estate agent is that I can get to see some interesting places and real estate properties that are for sale in the place and this is surely going to be both a fun-filled experience and at the same time for me, a very business envy-type move in one. I saw the post from the area itself when I went there last January 10. 2008 and I was surprised that there are people looking to sell such valuable possessions like the Daranak real estate property that I saw.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There were actually three real estate properties that are being sold and the most interesting real estate is the one with the small villa inside the residents only call as lodging house. This lodging house real estate from the person that I was able to talk to amounts to 50 million but the size is really big and I can't provide it here in this blog because there were nobody for me to talk to that day about the real estate property for sale in the area.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was supposed to be a business venture but I was unlucky that the people that I wanted to talk to weren't there anymore so I decided pass on the business but while I was making my trek  to the mouth where I was about to take a jeepney ride, I was surprised that there were actually some good real estate properties for sale in such a very adorable place near the waterfalls. It could be that the place is only about a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the mouth of the waterfalls in Daranak and Batlag so I felt it was such a waste to sell the property. The place at La Marea is really nice and had abundant fresh air because the location is a high place where naturally, the air is a little cooler than the city air.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La Marea is very far for me but I guess with him, it's just as comfortable traveling with a  new black Chevrolet. Never felt so at ease seeing him in the house when the family visited them there in a weekend reunion. We had good food and good acquaintance with each other including some family members of his fiance, Lori who really treated us good ever since.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are actually more lots and houses available for sale inside as I can see in the travel from the gate to the actual location of his house. It's also nice to buy real estate property there and I would like to share a picture of the actual house that they bought there above...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go and judge from there for yourself if the La Marea real estate is nice and good as what I am saying. According to the news, the turnout is overall, a peaceful one as the youth and the local Barangay officials take a turn in exercising their voting rights and the right to be heard using their own small way of voting in the &lt;a href="http://sam2007realestateagent.blogspot.com/"&gt;Barangay and SK Election 2007&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Untoward Incidents in the Election Process&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There were some untoward incidents like in particular the Sulu province where our fellow brother Muslims especially in the still existent warring clan areas succeeded in making the COMELEC declare a failure of elections in some provinces only due to reported violence. Although these were still unconfirmed reports, the media is trying hard to deliver to the people tonight about the latest and the true happenings this day regarding the Barangay and SK Elections 2007. Actually my first intention is to just learn a little bit about real estate as i am planning to launch a website that deals with Philippine real estate agents, Philippine real estate seminars and Philippine real estate property selling firms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It so happened that my first target is to go look for one of the most prestigious Philippine real estate property sellers and consultants today here in the Philippines. One of which is Filinvest Properties which to my knowledge is a prestigious company that sells real estate specifically here in the Philippines and is still well earning a big deal of income out of it. Imagine how big those real estate agents earn in terms of closed deals of selling real estate properties? Well, i can only imagine the amount of it far from the income that the tycoon in real estate selling business in Filinvest Properties.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As according to the seminar by the way, there is only enough real estate property to sell up to 15 years total. Meaning, those real estate agents have only a few years to go and they will be left out of their regular income source which basically comes from real estate selling as real estate agents. During the seminar, they gave away lots of papers needed for startups like me and they even gave us some information on how to compute well and right for the possible income that a real estate agent could earn in his term if he sells a property worth from 2.3 M up to 5.6 M. I was on my way to work at the amusement as a technician when i decided to to pass by at a certain place inside the Alabang Festival Mall where the real estate agents gather everyday to discuss related real estate selling matters and distribution of leaflets for their real estate selling activities. Since it was still early in the morning and i estimated that i couldn't be late for work, i decide to take a peek at them ( &lt;a href="http://sam2007realestateagent.blogspot.com/"&gt;the real estate agents place&lt;/a&gt;). There was only one person and that was ate Belen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Real Estate Agent Talk&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Upon handing over to me a leaflet, i decided to talk to ate Belen and told her something about what i do as a webmaster, telling her that i am myself planning to be one of the real estate agents someday but with a different approach and finesse. I intend to use a unique blending and mixture of webmaster's talent and wanting to be a real estate agent. This way i am looking forward to myself being the best selling agent and someday become a real estate broker also. In line with this vision and aim, i at once upon arriving home from work started to make the necessary changes to my Philippine real estate website. I made some tweaks and twists to the features and played a lot to make and arrive at a beautiful site such as this one through Google's manageability features of this blog.
