I am now as excited as a soon to be father of a first born as we are nearing the date to our trip to Plaridel Quezon for some real estate sale hunt in the very nice place. The house is courtesy of a friend at work in the amusement and this is going to be total fun as we enter the March 20 due date for the patakan ng pamadyak.
We are together in this trip, me and my colleagues at the amusement from the technical department and this is really exciting as it is a surefire fun for all of us when we get there. I will be bringing with me a family size tent for the tropa good for four or five of us so we can stay beside the beach for a night of happy spree gathering and ihaw-ihaw.
Best of all for me as a real estate agent is that I can get to see some interesting places and real estate properties that are for sale in the place and this is surely going to be both a fun-filled experience and at the same time for me, a very business envy-type move in one. What a day for a real estate agent to get his own place in a very nice and secluded place like Plaridel Quezon.

Real Estate and Pinoy Money Talk
Real estate has been one of the biggest selling industry in the Philippines and also one of the regular buzz in every Pinoy Money Talk on the line for most business chats.
Since the real estate industry is not in its peak but in mere runout of real estate properties to sell for real estate agents who are looking for some decent way to live and pay another days food and basic needs, this is no good news. But the thing is that even if this is the case, it could be attributed to the lessening of lots and houses that are built in the outer part of the metro to be sold for these real estate agents.
Remember that even if this is the case, you cannot set aside the fact that the real estate industry is turning into another part of it's new revolution as even if the case is that housing projects are expected to run out by the year 2010 according to some surveys and estimates, there will never be enough professional real estate agents to sell other types of properties in the market.
There are the different packages of condo and other hotel minis that are now being offered to be sold to interested parties and there is the abundance of tropical land that are located in the resorts that are also for sale at an affordable price and in fact, these resort real estate properties are very good at giving income to many real estate agents who are good at finding and posting these kinds of sell in the market today. They are in and therefore they are the fastest investments that a real estate buyer and investor is always looking for.

Looking for Real Estate Properties for Sale in Plaridel Quezon
This Holyweek, I am going with a few friends from work to Plaridel, Quezon and although the first purpose is to unwind and get some fresh air away from work and probably relieve huge amounts of work stress, I can also see myself taking a good look at some of the great places out there in Paridel, Quezon especially when Philippine real estate is on the table. Might just find what I am looking for out there and It gets me excited just knowing that I will be embarking myself in another interesting journey this Holyweek.
Maybe because of the plan to get our own home somewhere far from the city's polluted air and chemically romanced environment. I would love to take a good look at some real estate properties there and hope to find something good and worth buying. Maybe a medium sized land will also do since I cannot yet take care of a big one because of work here in Manila.
I can see it from here now as time permits me going to places like Quezon that my travels will always give me something good out of it in terms personal and financial. Business is never out of the picture whenever I go out of town for a pick of nature's best. I always see myself enjoying fresh air and fresh food and good people and the best part is I also enjoy taking a look at the different places in the Philippines for both business and relaxation. Well, I guess, business and pleasure can indeed go together after all.

Real Estate Properties for Sale at Daranak Falls
There are currently several real estate properties in Daranak Falls area, for sale, which if you are interested to know about, you can contact me anytime for details. I saw the post from the area itself when I went there last January 10. 2008 and I was surprised that there are people looking to sell such valuable possessions like the Daranak real estate property that I saw.
There were actually three real estate properties that are being sold and the most interesting real estate is the one with the small villa inside the residents only call as lodging house. This lodging house real estate from the person that I was able to talk to amounts to 50 million but the size is really big and I can't provide it here in this blog because there were nobody for me to talk to that day about the real estate property for sale in the area.
It was supposed to be a business venture but I was unlucky that the people that I wanted to talk to weren't there anymore so I decided pass on the business but while I was making my trek to the mouth where I was about to take a jeepney ride, I was surprised that there were actually some good real estate properties for sale in such a very adorable place near the waterfalls. It could be that the place is only about a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the mouth of the waterfalls in Daranak and Batlag so I felt it was such a waste to sell the property. But nevertheless, it was the owner's preference so what I did was just to take the contact number and have it here in my PC desk for future references.

A La Marea Real Estate House
My Brother recently acquired a new real estate house in La Marea and I can see when I went there that he will be happy in that humble abode. The place at La Marea is really nice and had abundant fresh air because the location is a high place where naturally, the air is a little cooler than the city air.
La Marea is very far for me but I guess with him, it's just as comfortable traveling with a new black Chevrolet. Never felt so at ease seeing him in the house when the family visited them there in a weekend reunion. We had good food and good acquaintance with each other including some family members of his fiance, Lori who really treated us good ever since.
There are actually more lots and houses available for sale inside as I can see in the travel from the gate to the actual location of his house. It's also nice to buy real estate property there and I would like to share a picture of the actual house that they bought there above...
Go and judge from there for yourself if the La Marea real estate is nice and good as what I am saying. Sad that I cannot provide some pictures of the inner appearance of the house.
