Philippines Largest Reef - Tubbataha Reef
The Philippines' largest and most endangered specie habited reef, the Tubbataha Reef in Palawan is out for a quest to become one of the 7 wonders of the world via voting. There are other entries to the quest and those other entries are as follows: Mayon Volcano, The Chocolate Hills and the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park.
I am encouraging all the Filipinos around the world to take part in this historical event in the world and take part in promoting the country, especially Palawan as the best nature reserve here in the Philippines. This campaign also aims to promote the tourism industry in the Philippines and help us earn and be popular in other parts of the world.

I am Excited to See the Falls and the Properties for Sale at Taytay Falls
Tonight I got so excited to see the resort at Taytay falls and the real estate properties that are for sale there. This is because I am planning a visit at Taytay since the Plaridel, Quezon tour didn't materialize last holy week. My wife and daughter doesn't know anything about the plan but I am looking forward to inform them about it when the money comes on hand.
As a real estate agent (half that is) I would love to be able to close deals in selling properties but so far, I cannot go full time with it and this hinders my want to be able to at least close out a deal for selling real estate properties and see what this is all about. I had no idea yet about anything like closing deals at selling properties but I have an initial knowledge at how to do it right because this is something that I learned back in Alabang where I used to work at the amusement and took a short course/seminar on selling real estate properties.
I am looking forward to see how things will go for us this year and see if I can buy us a new house and lot to stay and relax. This is my dream and there is no one who can stand in my way to achieve it. Being a half real estate agent is one of my sidelines and I hope it works for me this year if not to sell, then at least to buy one.

The Real Estate in Daranak Got Sold
I was surprised early today when somebody called me by the name I cannot recognize to be someone close to me or my family. It was a call that came from Tanay where a best friend used to live but I haven't heard of the guy since 2 years ago so I thought of anyone whom I know of to call me by my name.
to my surprise, it was a call from Daranak Falls area where I remember seeing some real estate properties for sale there and this indeed had something to do with the Daranak Falls real estate property for sale. I remember leaving a number there in case the owner arrives and he did call me telling me that the property got sold.
It was a mistake that he called me and another mistake on my part because the buyer indeed came from another country, Germany to be exact and the place got sold through my blog on real estate, this very same blog but I didn't know it. The buyer directly contacted the original owner of the property so it was a real big mistake for me since I could have earned a little buck for the sale but the owner still who sold the real estate property thanked me for featuring the Daranak Falls real estate property being sold.
