We will be off to Boracay this endmonth and I am looking forward to see the Boracay real estate that my cousins are selling. Will be taking a few pictures of the place that is right now for sale and will probably take a few details with me back home when we come back in Manila.
It's not so much big a real estate but since I know that a lot of foreigners are out looking for places to buy and real estate properties to acquire here in the Philippines, this is their chance. Just Got a New Profile at Hi-5
Today, I just got me a new tnomeralc profile at Hi-5 and I am glad that this works for me today while searching for some more addition places to do marketing of all sorts. The internet is a big business place and I know that it will never run out of places where people can do their business with.
In my case, it is real estate in the Philippines that I am looking to promote and see what market we have from other countries. I am planning to build up a market there and see what I can to do help the real estate industry here in the Philippines level up a little bit higher than the expectation of real estate agents.

A Client in the Real Estate Arena
Yes, I will soon have a client whose website is in the real estate industry. I will start my job for this client in his real estate website next week and I would just like to make this short announcement here.
The reason is because I know that I will soon be using this real estate blog for the link building of my client's website. This one is able to build prestige in the local industry for so many keywords for almost or over 3 years now.
I'm sure of that and right now it ranks in many keywords related to the real estate niche in the local Philippine market. A friend's blog on anatomy of life will also be helping me promote for my client from now on. Advance thank you to you my friend.

My Coolguy Real Estate Blog Post
I have a new blog which I am planning to turn into a real estate blog soon. I hope to make my first ever post but I cannot find anything yet to start so for the first posts in this real estate blog to be, I stated out with something else.

Crystal Air Subdivision Real Estate
First time that I have been to a prime real estate where the price alone of lots are sky high, I noticed that there are a lot of vacant houses. They were probably vacated by their respective owners and is now aging including the paint which to me is getting a little bit messy.
The subdivision was Crystal Air in Cavite near Trece Martirez. Anyway, contrary to what I see, I know that the place offers a lot of opportunities for those are looking to buy lots or house and lot combined. The reason why owners could be leaving the place is because they really don't intent to stay in the Metro and most of them live in the provinces where they also have houses.
I also learned that houses were vacated mostly be owners who work abroad and due to lack of time the handle the maintenance, they decide to leave the property even if they were already paid in full or halfway with houses already up and ready for occupancy.
For me it'sa wast because I really like the place, the subdivision of Crystal Air not just because of the fresh air but also because the place is fast becoming a developed site as well as the school hospital and commercial center as well as the market is also near. If I'll have the money by next year I am planning to buy myself a house and lot there too so my family can live there for good. Please see my profile too at the Coolguy Blog.
