Dubai Properties and Real Estate Jobs

Real estate not just in the Philippines are a very high earner for many people around the world. This is the same reason why I got into the real estate business just early last year, 2007. As a Philippines real estate agent, I learned so many things about jobs related to the real estate industry not just here in the Philippines but also in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I saw how real estate business can also be a good profiteering in countries like Dubai with the help of a friend who is in to promoting a business in the real estate industry.

In line to the increase in the real estate property investment and business, it also created a big opportunity for many Asians to find refuge in the warmth of getting a job in Dubai, UAE.
There are large sprouting opportunities for real estate professionals as well because of the boom in the real estate and property selling industry in the country.

A friend in the electronics while in Pakistan actually also found the treatment of this type of job very rewarding. This is a good indication that the distribution of jobs are well being organized in a semi- automatic way. This will help people who are looking for work in Dubai and for those who are already in the real estate field, you can also try and see if you will have a place here. Start now and see what awaits you if you are interested.

Philippines Largest Reef - Tubbataha Reef

The Philippines' largest and most endangered specie habited reef, the Tubbataha Reef in Palawan is out for a quest to become one of the 7 wonders of the world via voting. There are other entries to the quest and those other entries are as follows: Mayon Volcano, The Chocolate Hills and the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park.

I am encouraging all the Filipinos around the world to take part in this historical event in the world and take part in promoting the country, especially Palawan as the best nature reserve here in the Philippines. This campaign also aims to promote the tourism industry in the Philippines and help us earn and be popular in other parts of the world.

You can take a pick for your votes here if you are especially from Asia.

I am Excited to See the Falls and the Properties for Sale at Taytay Falls

Tonight I got so excited to see the resort at Taytay falls and the real estate properties that are for sale there. This is because I am planning a visit at Taytay since the Plaridel, Quezon tour didn't materialize last holy week. My wife and daughter doesn't know anything about the plan but I am looking forward to inform them about it when the money comes on hand.

As a real estate agent (half that is) I would love to be able to close deals in selling properties but so far, I cannot go full time with it and this hinders my want to be able to at least close out a deal for selling real estate properties and see what this is all about. I had no idea yet about anything like closing deals at selling properties but I have an initial knowledge at how to do it right because this is something that I learned back in Alabang where I used to work at the amusement and took a short course/seminar on selling real estate properties.

I am looking forward to see how things will go for us this year and see if I can buy us a new house and lot to stay and relax. This is my dream and there is no one who can stand in my way to achieve it. Being a half real estate agent is one of my sidelines and I hope it works for me this year if not to sell, then at least to buy one.
