The following below are the basic instructions on how to apply for real estate brokers and appraisers exam step by step

• Present required documents to processor at Application Window for pre-evaluation and issuance of Real Estate Brokers (REB) Licensure Examination Application Form.
• Submit duly accomplished application form with original documents to processor at Application Window.
• Pay examination fee at the Cashier. Get Official Receipt (OR).
• Submit the application form, required documents and OR to processor/issuing officer at Application Window for final review of documents and qualifications and issuance of validated Application Stub and Instruction to Examinee.
• Keep Application Stub and OR and present them to proctors on examination day.
• Verify from Master List posted at the examination center a day before the examination day for
