Requirements for Brokers and Appraisers Licensure Exam

The following are the Requirements for Brokers and Appraisers Licensure Exam:

  • Submit application form with photocopy of original copy of proof of educational attainment (diploma) duly certified by your school's registrar's office and signed by authorities or certified photocopy of the transcript by the college registrar.
  • One (1 pc.) piece window envelope with mailing stamp for ordinary mail (for mailback of Report of Rating)
  • Submit your diploma to the DTI-National Economic Research and Business Assistance Center or DTI - NERBAC in Davao on or before a date set by the DTI only.
  • Two (2 pcs.) latest/recent identical copies of passport size pictures in plain white background with your complete name as tag in the picture.
  • Pay the testing fee of Php 250.00 to authorized cashier by the DTI or as per instruction given by authorities of the examination board.
  • Original + photocopy of current Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA) (note: this is 2 copies - 1 original and 1 photocopy)
