A Unique Real Estate Property in the Philippines
I have always dreamed of having the best home. A real estate property in the Philippines located somewhere in the South where me and my family could probably spend the rest of our life hanging around with the beauty of nature. As a kid I have always adored nature and in fact loves to plant varieties of kinds of plants from fruit-bearing trees to ornamentals and to orchids and other flower-bearing crafts and genus.
My dream home could actually look like some orchidarium that holds a great deal of plants and varieties of unique ones where I can take a rest just by looking at them. One of the best dreams that I have in my life is to have a glass kitchen as I would love calling it. Does not necessarily mean that I have to make them all glass but use other beautiful ones like wood but mostly I would prefer glass.

I guess having that dream house somewhere in the South wouldn't have to take long anymore as I can feel the air right now while writing this post about my dream home. I can actually see the plants in the backyard containing orchids and beautiful flower-bearing and fruit-bearing trees and plants that make our house one of the best houses in the South. Today, the nation of the Philippines took another step towards politicizing the people, especially the youth with matters of politics and local govenance through the Barangay and SK Elections 2007. According to the news, the turnout is overall, a peaceful one as the youth and the local Barangay officials take a turn in exercising their voting rights and the right to be heard using their own small way of voting in the Barangay and SK Election 2007.
Untoward Incidents in the Election Process
There were some untoward incidents like in particular the Sulu province where our fellow brother Muslims especially in the still existent warring clan areas succeeded in making the COMELEC declare a failure of elections in some provinces only due to reported violence. Although these were still unconfirmed reports, the media is trying hard to deliver to the people tonight about the latest and the true happenings this day regarding the Barangay and SK Elections 2007. There were also reports of misconducts of some Barangay officials who are in to bribing the voters to get their sympathy and there were also some incidents of missing names in the COMELEC voter's list even if some of the people already saw the available online list that they were included in the draft list from the official website of the COMELEC.
The Youth Played a Major Key to The Elections
As for the youth, we all should really congratulate them today because it turned out that the elections this day is a success overall in terms of peace and political knowhow of the new generation. This is a sign indeed that the youth are going to go all out support to their line of new breed of best people in the political arena today. This is also a good sign as the politicizing of the youth will mean a lot in the future political endeavors of the Philippines and the whole population of the youth and the new generation of intelligent politicians of the future government.

There were two mediators who initiated the conference and I really learned so many things about the on going Philippine real estate business and selling one in front of a live client or prospect.
Plans to Buy a Philippine Real Estate in the South
Even if I still haven't practiced the stuff and basics about Philippine real estate and selling properties, I am proud that I have the basic knowledge and how to deal face to face when the time that I will be the one to become a client for a real estate agent because I am looking for a property to buy somewhere in the South or the North. If you were to ask me, I would rather prefer go South as the lands and the nature dwellings in there are really great and very lovable. You can ask straight and direct to the point question in a way that you sound so professional that the client would even be willing to voluntarily at once make his financial statement available to you in no time. Since i attended a Philippine real estate seminar last May, i never ceased to think about how big those guys in the real estate earn when it comes to selling real estate properties. This has a big connection to the present condition of the Philippine real estate agents today. I have only been to a single seminar on real estate and i already have seen how agents make their sell on real estate properties. But what i don't approve of is that not even one among them have their own website to make their selling efforts pay out better. I really couldn't believe that not even one in the Filinvest real estate conference room have that day have a website to promote their job.
Real Estate Agents Rely on Obsolete Ways to Sell
Although obsolete is not really the right term for the way that these real estate agents sell their products, allow me to use this word just to make it clear that the ways they use to sell real estate properties is already out of date and very very slow compared to having their own website. The only thing they rely on is having a Yahoo mail and nothing else. I tried to offer my services to some of them and no one even took a bite at my very low offer. Maybe they are not that professional as a real estate agent after all or maybe they don't treat their job with that much positive attitude and professionalism. So much time is wasted knowing that they could even sell better if they have their own websites to promote their business and real estate career. Most of them would just rely on selling through the handing out of leaflets in the streets and in the many big malls where they also have their own small posts where to offer their real estate model houses exhibit and selling explanations to possible buyers.

One of which is Filinvest Properties which to my knowledge is a prestigious company that sells real estate specifically here in the Philippines and is still well earning a big deal of income out of it. Imagine how big those real estate agents earn in terms of closed deals of selling real estate properties? Well, i can only imagine the amount of it far from the income that the tycoon in real estate selling business in Filinvest Properties.
As according to the seminar by the way, there is only enough real estate property to sell up to 15 years total. Meaning, those real estate agents have only a few years to go and they will be left out of their regular income source which basically comes from real estate selling as real estate agents. During the seminar, they gave away lots of papers needed for startups like me and they even gave us some information on how to compute well and right for the possible income that a real estate agent could earn in his term if he sells a property worth from 2.3 M up to 5.6 M. They also convinced us by presenting some incentives for the real estate agents if in case we were able to sell any property.
In the seminar, i noticed that there were only a few or just 2 real estate broker present. this means that only a few actually make it to the elite group of being a real estate broker, most would just settle for the seminar to make or get the discounts and take a few bucks out of the selling procedures.

Real Estate Seminar
Meeting a Real Estate Agent
Today, I came across a nice person and her name is ate Belen Afable, a popular Filinvest Properties real estate seller. I was on my way to work at the amusement as a technician when i decided to to pass by at a certain place inside the Alabang Festival Mall where the real estate agents gather everyday to discuss related real estate selling matters and distribution of leaflets for their real estate selling activities. Since it was still early in the morning and i estimated that i couldn't be late for work, i decide to take a peek at them ( the real estate agents place). There was only one person and that was ate Belen.
Real Estate Agent Talk
Upon handing over to me a leaflet, i decided to talk to ate Belen and told her something about what i do as a webmaster, telling her that i am myself planning to be one of the real estate agents someday but with a different approach and finesse. I intend to use a unique blending and mixture of webmaster's talent and wanting to be a real estate agent. This way i am looking forward to myself being the best selling agent and someday become a real estate broker also. In line with this vision and aim, i at once upon arriving home from work started to make the necessary changes to my Philippine real estate website. I made some tweaks and twists to the features and played a lot to make and arrive at a beautiful site such as this one through Google's manageability features of this blog. Back to the main topic which is talking with her, i actually informed her about my plans to make their colleagues more effective at selling real estate properties by offering my services to make them an enticing website such as this one that i made for myself and for personal use. Real Estate Agent Matters - A Wish To Fulfill
I just wish this could be another start of a fruitful career in the real estate selling arena for me although i am planning on more of being a full time webmaster this coming June 2007 and to study more on web related matters for my future. Furthermore, since i will become a big time webmaster before the end of the year, I would like to make an advance commitment to lessen the amount that i will be paying to the real estate developers by the time i decide to purchase my own beautiful house come next year. Hahahaha... this is going to be a great future for my family the way i see it now both in my internet life and in my personal achievements and soon to be blessings.
